Milly is a multi-award-winning Production Designer for film, TV and commercials from South Yorkshire, UK.
Having designed over twenty-four short films, across live action, animation and documentary. Her work has won numerous awards, including Best Production Design at the Royal Television Society Awards for Night of the Living Dread, plus a BAFTA nomination for the same film. Other work of Milly’s has received wins, nominations and selections at prestigious festivals including: BAFTA, Cannes, LFF, BIFA, the Annie Awards and more. She has worked with leading production companies such as Disney Imagine, BBC, Sky, Amazon Studios and Channel 4.
Commercial work of Milly’s includes the recent Bronze British Arrows winning ad ‘World of Our Own’ for Shelter UK. Other credits include work with global and local brands such as LEGO, McLaren Formula one team and Battersea Dogs and Cats Home.
Milly’s career began in major motion pictures and high-end TV, working as a draughtsperson and assistant art director. Milly’s credits include Joseph Kosinski’s ‘F1’, Bong Joon Ho's ‘Mickey 17’, Sam Mendes' ‘Empire of Light’ and Apple TV’s ‘Slow Horses’.
With experience in multiple capacities, within art departments producing multi-million pound set builds for major studios, as well as designing and set decorating short films and commercials, Milly is passionate about telling stories through design, right down to the most minute of details.
